📩 I didn’t receive my test results
Start by checking your spam or junk folder for emails from us. If you still can’t find them, reach out using the contact details below and include the email address you used for the test plus the approximate date/time of submission.
⬇️ I can’t download my certificate
Ensure you’ve completed all the required steps, including reading Modern-day Slave and finishing the Anti-SMUB Test. If everything is complete and you still can’t access the certificate, we’ll help you re-trigger the download or send it manually.
🔗 My certificate’s QR code doesn’t work
Each certificate QR code should link to your unique verification page. If the link is broken, redirects incorrectly, or shows someone else’s details, contact us so we can verify and correct your record.
🔐 I lost access to my test session
Sessions can time out or be interrupted due to connectivity or device issues. Share your email and what happened, and we can help restore your access or reset your session safely.
📚 I can’t confirm I’ve read the book
There’s a confirmation step during the test flow that allows you to affirm you’ve read Modern-day Slave. If you’re stuck at this step or something isn’t updating correctly, we can manually verify and help you proceed.
